The Real Estate Services department of Cogefrin develops global projects through:
- purchases and sales to third parties of new areas or areas to be abandoned
- identification of alternative areas where new industrial settlements, logistic poles or points of sale can be created
- recovery and improvement of areas and buildings
- global design and construction of plants and facilities, support during start-up. The Group deals with all operations, from purchase of land to delivery of finished buildings, as lease or leaseback properties, in its capacity of project financer and/or general contractor
